Sad, sad day. We left our cozy cabin this morning. I think it will spoil us for wanting to stay in the truck.
We drove south to Hot Springs. It was a small, older church, but we did a brisk business. It was cold in the truck, but do-able.
We met up with Merlin and Glynda Dick after the sale. Merlin is my brother-in-law's brother. We all went to school together at Enterprise.
They are getting so old, that they forgot to come pick up their order last night, so we made a personal delivery. We also went out for supper together. It's always fun to be with friends and family, and they're both.
An interesting tib-bit, is that they were offered this job before us. They decided the Lord was leading them in a different directions - so we got the job by default. Not really. We all feel that God leads us where He wants us, if we're willing.
Jim and I are enjoying this job, in spite of the fact that we have to work long hours and are tired! We love knowing that we're where God wants us to be right now. And we love meeting so many people.
