We slept in the truck again last night. It's starting to feel like home.
We did our banking and mailed our postcards. I try to send 4 of the younger grandchildren a card every few days. They get one from every state for sure. They probably have about 20 each now. 20 cards times 4 children is quite a lot. Hopefully they'll get a little American history besides the fun of getting a card from Grandma. I don't want them to forget me.
We had a good sale in Pierre today. Lots of nice people. We had time to visit with Charles Reel. He used to work at the press. He left in 2001, the same year we did. He works in the Conference office here in South Dakota.
We're sleeping in the Church parking lot tonight. Couldn't find a RV Park. The later it gets in the year, the fewer we're finding open.
A month from today we'll be home. Hardly seems possible. We have alot of ground to cover between now and then.
