We had a very short, cold night. We slept in the truck at the Academy, no heat. It rained towards morning, so our bed got wet too.
I felt like I really needed a shower this morning to wake me up. Cold showers will do that to a person. The water wasn't as cold as the room! And it did wake me up.
We worked 12 - 14 hours today restocking the truck. Hutchinson ABC is a nice big store with lots of supplies. There's just so many parts of getting the orders together, pulling books and foods we want to sell, computer work and actually packing the truck. Everything has to be neat and put away, because our next sale is tomorrow evening at 7:00.
After we finished, we started driving. We wanted to find a motel. We stopped in a couple towns, but couldn't get the truck in their parking lot. Finally we found a Super 8. We have no idea what town we're in. Are we tired or what? We think we have about 130 more miles to our next sale.
