October 18 Walpeton, ND

Okay, we were tired. We slept until 10:00 a.m. Very unusual for us. We counted our fingers and realized that we worked 24 out of the last 30 hours before we went to bed. Six hours really isn't long enough for a decent nap!

We got to Church in time for potluck. How's that for timing? We had an invitation to join this small Church in Alexandra, MN. even if we could only make it for potluck, so we did!

Lynette Carrick's sister, Cheryl lives there, so Lynette called and told them we were in the area. What a neat and very special friend Lynette is!!!!! And her family is wonderful too.

Being with Cheryl was almost like being with Lynette. We really enjoyed meeting her husband, Daryl too.

Cheryl introduced us to a friend, Sharon Sly. After lunch Sharon and I got to talking, she looked so familiar to me. After we connected all the dots, we realized that we were in the Singles Ministry together a very long time ago. We were both Regional Directors of the Mid-America Union at different times and on the International Board of Directors at the same time. She's been married now for 10 years to my 25.

We had our first sale in North Dakota tonight. So we've now been as far east as we're going and now are offically on our way back home.
